Wonderful, wonderful hops. Where would we be with out hops in our beer? Why we’d be drinking sweet malted beers flavored with dandelion, burdock, ivy or heather. Instead we get the chance to drink deep, rich complex beers.

Not so fond of beer – I would say not at all — however, give me a good CA pinot and I am a happy camper!
Love the idea, hops really are a magic fruit, there would be no IPA, ESP or any other tasty beer.
